Upbeat Arts is delighted that you have joined our Volunteer Team. This part of the process should take approx 30-40 minutes and from going through this, you'll have a better understanding of who we are and how things work.

Question 2 - Who are the Queensland Patrons of Upbeat Arts?(Required)

Additional Info: Dr Christian Rowan was instrumental in bringing Upbeat Arts to Queensland in 2014. He saw the value of our programs and campaigned the Government for a pilot program.

Question 3 - Apart from the program element, ie singing or writing - what else is focused on during sessions?(Required)

SECTION 1.2 OF HANDBOOK (page 5)

Alongside this training, you'll also learn as you go and we'll provide an onsite induction at your first session. The onsite induction will include:

**Emergency exits and procedures
**Site orientation
**Meet and greet - staff, members and other volunteers

If you're a Kitchen Team volunteer; we'll be sending you a Kitchen Operations Handbook and you'll need to do an online Food Safety Certificate too.
