Join us at this exciting launch event

Upbeat Arts is thrilled to invite you to attend the official launch of Upbeat Arts in Bundaberg — a psychosocial recovery program for adults living with mental illness, proudly funded by Queensland Health.

Over the past decade, our other choirs in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast have supported hundreds of people to rebuild confidence, connection, and wellbeing through community-based group singing. Now, we're heading to Bundaberg.

The launch event will include: * Official Open by Ivan Frkovic, the Queensland Mental Health Commissioner * Inspiring addresses from the Executive Director from the Queensland Health Mental Health and Other Drug Branch, the Upbeat Arts Board Chair, and others to be announced. * Interviews (some via video) with some of our wonderful choir members, sharing their recovery journeys in their own words.

After the official proceedings, we invite you to join us for a light lunch and networking, a chance to connect with colleagues and the Upbeat Arts community.
