Our choirs love performing and we offer a professional event management service, which results in delivering a heart-warming and uplifting performance to entertain your guests.
Our original choir, the Absolutely Everybody Brisbane Choir has sung to audiences of 50 – 2000 and they take it in their stride.
They’ve sung at fairs and expo’s and at conferences, annual meetings and concerts.
They’ve graced many stages including Brisbane’s Queensland Performing Arts Centre Concert Hall; Brisbane City Hall, Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre and many other venues in Brisbane, as well as Deakin Edge in Melbourne.

Before starting as a volunteer, you’ll complete our online Induction Training, which will prepare you for your work with us. Upbeat Arts has developed a Handbook that will form part of the Induction Training. This provides guidelines, advice and outlines Upbeat Arts’ philosophy dedicated to engaging, educating and empowering our members. You’ll also learn as you go by working alongside our experienced volunteers.

'Everyone has a Voice' Workshop
Our Artistic Director, Melissa Gill and Accompanist, Richard Thayil work with guests at your conference or team-building event for 30 mins to an hour. They'll entertain your guests with fun musical activities and stories and before they know it - your guests will be singing up a storm.
This is a fun and engaging activity, sure to inspire and delight.
There’s an option to include one of our choirs in this workshop – thereby providing the unique opportunity for your guests to sing alongside our choir members and learn from and interact with them.
